Mat
Mat work is primarily the basic form of the Pilates exercises, which can vary in different levels from beginners to advanced. We include different accessories in order to challenge the physical body in order to strengthen the muscle system. To improve the general well being, tone and strength working on your core. We also include stretching in order to heal and challenge the limitations of the muscles.
Mat work also cams and helps you focus to improve your general well being.
Ball
When doing Pilates one can utilise the ball in order to challenge the body even further. Primarily to improve balance and flexibility. The ball improves hand eye coordination allowing the workout to improve as your level of experience grows. The ball is fun and can also offer a small cardio vascular workout.
Thera Band
The Thera Band is utilising an elastic band to offer a level of resistance that is proportional to your strength. We use this to challenge the muscles that are weak to slowly building up it’s strength and flexibility. The band is useful to work on the whole body and will allow the user to regulate the level or resistance.
